The miradent-Plaque test has been proven in dentists' practices for years. The tablets color plaque impressively. Older plaque is shown in blue, newer plaque in pink. To do the plaque test, place a tablet (or half a tablet for children) on your tongue, bite it and spread it around your mouth with a little saliva, spit it out - done! The coloring can be easily removed by simply brushing your teeth.
